Medical microneedling uses tiny needles to puncture the skin at a superficial level. This stimulates your body to heal these superficial punctures, encouraging your cells to produce more collagen.
At Chapel Medical Aesthetics we offer a premium treatment using hyaluronic acid or a luxury treatment using Purasomes from DermoAroma. Purasomes contain exosomes - a unique cell delivery system that are derived from ethically sourced bovine colostrum and contain millions of growth factors and proteins designed to regenerate the skin. These are only for use by medical professionals.
We offer different types of Purasomes that target different areas including acne scarring and areas of pigmentation, such as age spots. We are also able to use Purasomes to microneedle scars and stretch marks on other parts of the body. After a series of 3 - 5 treatments, you will see a dramatic increase in the quality of your skin or hair. Treatments are required every 6 months to maintain results. Skin Boosters are another way of restoring hydration and suppleness to the skin. Everyday, our skin is exposed to pollutants, stress and the sun leaving it dry and brittle. Skin Boosters contain hyaluronic acid, a substance naturally produced by our skin to keep it hydrated and protected. This ensures that skin is left feeling revived and glowing following treatment.
At Chapel Medical Aesthetics we use Teoxane Redensity 1 beauty booster, containing amino acids, vitamins and minerals alongside hyaluronic acid. Results last for approximately 9 months following the recommended course of 3 treatments, after which a top up can be given to ensure optimum results.

Polynucleotides are highly purified DNA molecules extracted from ethically sourced rainbow trout from Italy. These fish are destined to enter the human food chain and are therefore of the highest quality, living in tightly controlled conditions.
When injected into the skin, Polynucleotides work to stimulate the fibroblasts in our skin cells to produce more collagen. Collagen is responsible for the supple nature of skin. As we age, our collagen declines, therefore by providing a boost of polynucleotides we can improve the quality and look of our skin. Polynucleotides are excellent at preparing cells for other treatments such as Botox and even surgery!
We use award winning Mastelli Polynucleotides to treat the eye, face, neck and décolleté areas. A course of 3-4 treatments is recommended, 3-4 weeks apart, with a booster at 6-9 months. Once an initial course is completed, a booster is all that is required to continue yielding results.
