Dermal fillers, including lip fillers are aesthetic gel based treatments injected into the skin. They are specifically designed to reduce the appearance of wrinkles, contour the face and create volume.
We take a holistic approach to facial rejuvenation, customizing each procedure to meet the exact needs of the patient. Different fillers that we offer are used for different areas of the face. Some are injected deeper while others are more superficial to get the best, natural-looking results.
Dermal fillers contain hyaluronic acid which occurs naturally in your body, found in skin and connective tissue. By boosting your skin with this naturally occurring substance, dermal fillers revitalise and add volume to the area so you can see results instantly. The appearance of lines and wrinkles soften, giving you control over your looks. Use of dermal fillers in the lip area can enhance shape and volume, again giving you control over your look.
Dermal filler products vary in thickness, anaesthetic content and longevity. The longevity of dermal fillers ranges from 6-18 months, depending on the brand, thickness and area treated. Individual body factors such as how fast your body metabolises the product are also impacts how long the filler lasts before reapplication is required.
At Chapel Medical Aesthetics, we always apply a local anaesthetic to the skin of the area to be treated. There is also the option of administering a nerve block - prior consultation is required with our nurse prescriber for this procedure.
Following your treatment, you can go about your normal routine, with a few exceptions which will be discussed with you prior and post treatment.

We also offer a filler dissolve service to our clients. This involves injecting an enzyme called hyaluronidase into the unwanted filler to dissolve it. Prior consultation is required with our nurse prescriber for this procedure.
Lip Augmentation | £195 - Used to enhance both the top and bottom lip. We also offer cleft lip and lip scar restructuring.
Nasolabial Lines | £275 - These are nose to mouth lines. Filler can be utilised to minimise the appearance of these lines, providing a more youthful appearance.
Marionette Lines | £195 - Mouth to chin lines. Dermal filler can help restore a more youthful look in this area.
Chin filler | £195 - Chin filler can be used to create a more youthful looking face shape.
Cheek Filler | £275 - Filler can be added to enhance the cheeks to replace lost volume or provide contouring for cheekbones.
Temple Filler | £195 - Filler placed in the temples can help restore lost volume and enhance face shape.
Mid Face Rejuvenation Package | £495 - Includes treatment to the Cheeks and Temples.
Filler Dissolve | £160 - For unwanted filler. Please note a 30 minute patch test is required for safety purposes along with a prior appointment with our nurse prescriber.
Nerve block | £50 - For additional pain relief. Please note a prior appointment with our nurse prescriber is required.
